Palliative Care

Palliative care is compassionate care towards the end of life.  End of life care focuses on the comfort of the patient, including:

·         Pain and symptom management

·         Holistic Support for Patient and Family Members

·         Comfort measures to support quality of life

CNRO has LEAP certified nurses who are experienced in providing end of life care for you or a family member who wishes to remain at home.     Our Palliative services include;

·         Primary care

·         Supplementing LHIN funded care

·         Care giver respite

·         Health system navigation

·         Medical treatments

·         Assistance with activities of daily living

Visits ranging from one hour to full shifts.
