Wellness checks and Health Monitoring

Wellness Checks

Sometimes peace of mind is what a family needs to ensure their loved ones are managing at home.   Wellness checks are regular visits by one of the CNRO caregivers.    We will ensure that medications are taken correctly, your loved one is doing well at home or well cared for in a retirement residence or long-term care facility.

Health Monitoring

Do you or one of your loved ones have chronic or long-term medical concerns?    Regular health monitoring will help ensure the treatment plan is effective and let you know when a physician visit is needed.

Health monitoring can include:

·         Blood pressure monitoring

·         Daily fluid intake and weight monitoring

·         Glucose monitoring
